Paraplanner Wealth Management Career Progression Hybrid Working + Benefits + Excellent Career Development Opportunities

Are you a Diploma-qualified Paraplanner looking to take the next step in your wealth management career?

I'm working with a highly respected and growing wealth management firm that is seeking a talented Paraplanner to join its collaborative and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with dedicated Financial Advisers, gaining exposure to a broad range of complex client needs while building a long-term career within a business that genuinely invests in its people.

Unlike many larger organisations where paraplanning support is pooled, this role offers the chance to work directly with a small number of advisers, enabling you to develop deeper client relationships and gain valuable insight into the full advice process.

The Opportunity

You will provide comprehensive paraplanning support across a portfolio of private clients, ensuring wealth planning recommendations are clear, compliant, and tailored to individual client objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing suitability reports and annual review documentation
  • Producing cashflow modelling and financial planning analysis
  • Reviewing client risk profiles and investment objectives
  • Supporting advisers during client meetings and following up on actions
  • Assisting with client onboarding and asset transfer processes
  • Acting as a technical specialist across financial planning products and wrappers
  • Maintaining high standards of compliance and client service
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma in Financial Planning (Level
    4) or above
  • Previous Paraplanning experience within Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or Investment Management
  • Experience working with High Net Worth (HNW) clients
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial planning products and regulations
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Why Apply?

This firm offers genuine career progression and is committed to supporting professional development. Whether your future ambitions lie in leadership, advanced paraplanning, or becoming a Financial Adviser, there is a clear path and support available to help you get there.

Benefits include:
  • Direct support and mentoring from experienced advisers
  • Sponsorship towards Chartered and/or Certified Financial Planner status
  • Clear progression pathways into advisory or management positions
  • Collaborative, people-focused culture
  • Opportunity to contribute to a growing and evolving business
  • Exposure to complex and interesting client cases

If you're looking for a role where your expertise will be valued, your development supported, and your contribution recognised, I'd be delighted to speak with you.
