Position: VAT MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER: Financial Services Specialism, Mid-tier firm 60 – 75k guide
Description This firm has a strong and growing presence in the financial services space, particularly private equity and asset management.

They’ve identified they would really welcome someone in the small, Partner-led VAT team who can focus in on the provision of advice to these kind of clients – this is a rare opportunity to use your financial services VAT expertise outside of the large firms.

Your brief will be carrying our VAT reviews and managing a client portfolio, keen to work on almost exclusively consultancy work and business development matters.

You’ll support (and be supported by) the senior VAT leadership on the development of the offering; key will be strong UK VAT technical skills and the ability to convey that knowledge clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.

Market rate for this kind of position is typically 60,000 to 75,000, depending on experience. Please note that specific salary bandings for roles with individual clients may vary from these guidelines.
