A top options prop firm building out its gas options market-making desk, hiring an experienced trader to help lead it.
Why it's worth a look- Real scope to take a leading role. You come in senior, reporting into the head of commodities.
- The book is already winning. Launched around 18 months ago and already third biggest in its market, with TTF landing in the next 6 to 12 months.
- The edge they'll pay up for is far-dated vol, pricing seasonal gas options out to 12 to 18 months, the part most desks find hard. If you've done it, you come in with an advantage.
- Style sits between Optiver and IMC. Systematic market-making base with room to trade discretionary.
- Nat gas options experience, ideally with far-dated vol pricing
- Around 3 to 5 years
- Market-making background
- TTF experience a strong plus given the upcoming launch
