Finatal is seeking a Head of Finance to own the finance function in a PE-backed, high-growth professional services environment. You will lead all FP&A, reporting, controls, and compliance, while partnering with the leadership team on strategy and value creation.
You will report to the CFO, with exposure to board discussions, investment cases and M&A activity. The role offers progression toward a Finance Director position as the business scales.
