Key Responsibilities

• Structure debt and equity solutions across commercial, development, and residential investment transactions.

• Build and manage relationships with key introducers, lenders, and professional partners.

• Support and mentor brokers within the structured finance team while contributing to wider business growth.

• Maintain strong market knowledge and ensure work aligns with FCA and wider industry standards.

About You

• Experience with in real estate finance, structured finance, or property finance broking.

• Strong understanding of commercial, development, and residential investment lending markets.

• Advanced financial modelling capability and experience managing complex funding transactions.
