A number of leading international law firms are seeking mid-level Banking & Finance Associates to join their London practices. These teams are consistently ranked at the top of the market and advise leading financial institutions, sponsors and borrowers on complex, high-value transactions across a range of financing matters.

The successful candidate will have 2-6 years' PQE with strong Banking & Finance experience gained at a leading City or US firm. Experience across areas such as Leveraged Finance, Real Estate Finance, Structured Finance or Fund Finance will be of particular interest. You will be technically confident, commercially aware and comfortable operating in fast-paced, deal-driven environments.
