Location: Greater London
Morgan Philips Group seeks a Commercial Real Estate Loan Asset Management Specialist to manage a portfolio of CRE loans and support a high-profile institutional mandate in London. You will oversee day-to-day loan servicing and act as a primary contact for borrowers, lenders and investors.
This role offers hybrid working (4 days a week in London offices) with a competitive bonus and benefits. Key skills: CRE underwriting, debt structures, financial analysis and advanced Excel modelling.
