Our team brings together commercial strategy, engineering, design, and regulatory expertise to deliver powerful financial products to customers around the world. We obsess over the details, push the boundaries of what’s possible, and build world-class solutions that scale globally.

As a Product Lead, you’ll play a defining role in shaping the future of our payments infrastructure by pioneering an Agentic Payments Platform. You will be tasked to reimagine existing industry workflows with AI-native capabilities—designing strategy, defining solutions, and driving delivery from concept to launch. You’ll lead our Payments Product team, focused on building and optimizing the core clearing and settlement platform that powers how money moves across card networks, banks, ledgers, and most importantly: our merchants' wallets.

As we grow and scale transaction volume worldwide, this platform needs to go beyond being robust and cost-efficient; it must actively anticipate and automate the future of money  this role, you’ll lead key initiatives end-to-end, including:

Owning the end-to-end merchant experience:
From instant, low-friction onboarding through to the ongoing lifecycle, reducing complexity at every step.

Optimizing global payment flows:
Enhancing platform capabilities (e.g., intelligent batching, fee netting, routing) to improve settlement speed, accuracy, and cash velocity.

Strengthening infrastructure:
Driving reliability, compliance, and liquidity management to deliver resilient capabilities for reconciliation and regulatory reporting.

Deploying AI-native capabilities:
Embedding autonomous agents into how we interact with merchants, collect feedback, and automate traditional industry workflows—powering smarter support, proactive insights, and real-time visibility.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, design, and commercial teams to bring these cutting-edge capabilities to life, and help shape the infrastructure behind one of the most dynamic, AI-forward fintech platforms in the world.

Requirements
10+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally in fintech or platform products.

Bachelor’s degree or higher, with strong academic performance; technical or engineering coursework a plus.
