Permanent–SWLondon(withflexibleandhybridworking) 35hourweek–Mondayto Friday
Tosupportthe Financial Controllerand Senior Financial Accountantandtoworkcollaborativelywithotherfinanceteammembers .Performbankandbalancesheetreconciliations,VATreporting,financialduediligenceassessmentsandotherfinancialcomplianceactivity,andassistinthepreparationofstatutoryaccounts.
- Carryoutmonthlyandadhocreconciliationsforbankandkeybalancesheetaccounts.
- PreparequarterlyVATreturnsforsubmissiontoHMRC.
- PrepareothercompliancereturnsincludingtotheONSandHMRC.
- Performduediligenceassessmentsonkeycustomersandsuppliers.
- Monitorcashbalancesandcarryoutbankingandinvestmentportfolioaccountingandadministration.
- Assistinthecoordinationoftheexternalauditandproductionoftheannualstatutoryaccounts.
- SomeinternationaldutiesandresponsibilitiesfordivisionsinMENAandIreland.
- Timelyandaccuratecompletionofreportsandreconciliations.
- Effectivecommunicationwithauditorsand Financeteammembers.
- Compliancewithdeadlinesforexternalauditorsandforinternalcustomers.
- Qualifiedorpossiblypartqualifiedaccountant(ACA,ACCA,CIMA,AAT)
- Experienceofperformingreconciliations
- Knowledgeoffinancialstatements
- Goodcommunicationsskills
- Asolutions-focusedmentality
