Role
This is a 6-8 week position within the Frieze Finance team, with the purpose of chasing and clearing down aged credit balances from the Accounts Receivable ledger.
Key tasks will be:
- Calling clients (mostly galleries) with outstanding credit balances, explaining the amounts that we owe them and asking if they are happy to accept the credits back
- Sending follow-up emails to clients explaining these balances and the correct procedure to follow
- If they are happy to accept the credit balance back, obtaining from them their payment details so that we can set them up as vendors in SAP in order to refund them
- Setting the clients up as vendors in SAP
- Ensuring the credit balances are paid back to each client
- Clearly documenting all calls made and emails sent as evidence
- Track progress of credit balances returned and report into Senior Finance Manager and Head of Finance
Required
Skills and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills and good telephone manner in order to speak to clients
- Well organised, proactive and solutions-oriented
- Excel skills a plus as will need to be able to navigate and update simple spreadsheets
