NALA is seeking a Senior FX Trading Lead to own and evolve its frontier markets FX trading, turning liquidity access into a durable competitive advantage. You will shape strategy, manage risk, and lead execution to deliver optimal rates and deep liquidity for both consumer and B2B clients at scale.
In this role you will collaborate with Engineering and Product to build automated pricing engines, while mentoring a trading team and maintaining strong regulatory compliance across corridors.
