Head of Finance (#1) – SaaS scaleup Hybrid working – Shoreditch office (2-3 days) £100/110k + options

With a hugely impressive leadership team in place and being backed by Tier 1 investors, this is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join the next big scaleup coming out of London who put ESG at the very core of what they do!

Working very closely with a hugely impressive Founder / CEO, you will have ownership over all things finance including continuing to build a world-class finance function who are capable of supporting aggressive international and domestic growth plans.

• Evolve & automate existing processes, introducing new ones where necessary
• Prepare consolidated monthly management and annual statutory accounts
• Turn data generated into meaningful insights to support business decision making
• Lead on company FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering and KPI analysis
• Support Founder on future funding rounds
• Develop and mentor the finance team

• Qualified accountant
• High growth tech experience (scaleup + early stage scrappy), ideally with lots of complex payment flows
• Hands on, broad experience – Someone who has evolved and automated finance processes
• Established business partner who is comfortable advising, managing and challenging senior stakeholders
• Smart, ambitious and progressive - Willing to learn and develop
• Strong analytical and data skills with advanced Excel
• Xero + wider ecosystem of apps exposure
