Your new role You will lead the day-to-day finance function while providing strategic insight to senior stakeholders, ensuring the business has timely, accurate and commercially focused financial information to support decision-making. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this newly enhanced Head of Finance position offers broad responsibility across financial control, reporting, planning, business partnering and finance transformation.
What you'll need to succeed Strong financial control, reporting and governance experience
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
Experience partnering with senior business leaders to drive performance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial information into actionable business insight
Experience improving processes, systems and finance operations
Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on developing high-performing teams
Advanced financial systems and data analysis skills
