Intro

A high-growth technology business is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to provide financial leadership and support the business through a potential exit to private equity.

This is a commercially focused, hands-on assignment requiring someone who can maintain control of the finance function while preparing the business, its reporting and its financial information for a transaction.

Finance will play a central role in demonstrating the quality of earnings, supporting due diligence and ensuring the management team can clearly articulate the company's financial performance and growth potential.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with shareholders and external advisers, the Interim Finance Director will lead the finance function while taking a central role in exit preparation and transaction delivery.
