This role is designed to provide a structured development pathway into Banking Operations, combining practical experience across the Payments & Client Services function with a recognised Level 3 Financial Services Administrator Apprenticeship.

Hours Monday - Friday, usual office hours.

What you'll do at work

As a Level 3 Banking Operations Apprentice, you'll gain hands‑on experience across payments, client servicing, reconciliations, investigations, and regulatory processes while developing the skills needed for a successful career in financial services.

Working with teams across the bank, you'll support day‑to‑day banking operations, help resolve payment queries, contribute to process improvements, and gain exposure to digital transformation and AI initiatives that are shaping the future of banking.
