Finance & Operations Coordinator

Location: London / Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Contract: 1-year FTC

Salary: £38,500 – £40,500

MLC Partners are delighted to be supporting a leading higher education organisation in recruiting an Finance & Operations Coordinator. This is a varied, student-focused role sitting within the Student Activities team, combining financial administration, budgeting and controls with the opportunity to support projects that improve the student experience.

The Role:

Working closely with students, colleagues across the Student Activities team and the wider Finance function, you will help ensure clubs and societies have the financial support, processes and guidance they need to thrive. While financial administration, budgeting and controls form an important part of the remit, the student-facing element of the role is equally important. You will work directly with students to provide advice and support, while also contributing to projects and initiatives designed to improve the wider student experience.

This includes work focused on inclusivity, belonging, social justice and reducing financial barriers to student participation.
