Our 2027 London Summer Internship Programme runs for 10 weeks, starting on Monday 14 June 2027 and finishing on Friday 20 August 2027. This internship is designed to give you a unique introduction to the asset and wealth management industry, specifically within the Wealth Planning team, and offers valuable insight into how your chosen department operates within Schroders.

Throughout the programme you will:

• Take part in comprehensive introductory training to build your understanding of the business

• Be assigned to a team (Wealth Planning) where you will contribute to live projects and gain meaningful hands‑on experience

• Shadow experienced professionals and learn directly from leaders in the field

• Have opportunities to network with colleagues and other interns, helping you build connections for your future career

This internship provides practical experience, skill development, and a strong foundation for those interested in pursuing a career in the Wealth Management sector.

We are looking for interns who are passionate about Wealth Management, resilient in a dynamic environment, and eager to build lasting relationships with clients from all walks of life. You will excel if you are analytical, proactive, and truly client-focused, with the curiosity to keep learning and the confidence to communicate with integrity and empathy. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, be interested in world events and markets, and have a strong desire to solve problems, innovate, and help clients reach their financial goals.
