IAIP in London seeks a Head of Compliance to hold SMF 16 and lead a large department in a hybrid, centrally based role. You will advise on regulatory risk, manage US/UK based and overseas teams, and oversee FCA interactions and the firm's reporting programme.
The role requires extensive banking or insurance/pensions experience, matrix reporting, and the ability to support an SMF
17 transition with the backing of a strong Financial Crime function. Hybrid working is offered with travel as needed.
