That's the opportunity we're offering at One Finance Group. We're looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our growing team in Rustington. This isn't a role where you'll simply be given a list of leads and expected to process them. You'll be trusted to take ownership of your clients, develop strong relationships with our introducers and help grow your own pipeline — while being supported by the wider One Finance Group team.

What you'll get £55,000–£95,000 OTE with genuinely uncapped earning potential A regular flow of mortgage opportunities through our existing lead sources and introducer relationships. The autonomy to build and develop your own relationships with estate agents, professional introducers and clients. The opportunity to advise across a broad range of mortgage and protection needs rather than continually referring valuable clients elsewhere.

Support from an established mortgage business and colleagues who understand the realities of getting cases through to completion. Funded professional development and the opportunity to develop into specialist areas including Bridging Finance, Second Charges, Commercial Finance and Equity Release/Lifetime Mortgages. Most importantly, you'll be treated as an experienced professional and trusted to take ownership of your performance. The person we're looking for Technical knowledge matters, but we're equally interested in the person behind it.

You'll probably be someone who is:
Commercial. You understand that great advice and great business aren't mutually exclusive. You look after clients exceptionally well and aren't afraid to ask for referrals or new opportunities. Independent. You don't need somebody managing your diary for you. You can identify what needs doing and take responsibility for getting it done. Relationship-driven. You enjoy getting to know estate agents and other introducers and understand how to turn a new introduction into a long-term professional relationship.

Resilient. Mortgage broking doesn't always go according to plan. You can deal with declined applications, difficult cases and changing priorities without losing momentum. A team player. You enjoy autonomy but don't want to work on an island. You'll share knowledge, support colleagues and contribute to the success of the wider business. Client-focused. You'll take the time to properly understand your clients and make well-evidenced recommendations based on their circumstances, objectives and needs.

What could this role become? We don't want to recruit somebody simply to fill a vacancy. We're looking for an adviser who wants to build something. If you want to develop a substantial client bank, establish your own introducer relationships, increase your earnings and potentially develop expertise in more specialist areas of property finance, we'll give you the opportunity and support to do it.
