VisionFR is delighted to be working with an Independent Creative Agency to find them an energetic Finance Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a successful and growing business of around 30 staff. The ideal candidate will be a strong finance business partner, helping shape financial performance and profitability. You’ll bring rigour, clarity and pace, combined with a collaborative spirit and a genuine desire to working in a creative business.

This is a largely sole-role position, responsible for the transaction data through to management reporting and day-to-day support of the leadership team. There is a portfolio FD who you would report into.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, cashflow forecasts and key performance reporting, with support from the Finance Director.
