Financial Controller East Yorkshire | £70,000-£80,000  Bonus  Benefits Robert Half Accountancy & Finance is delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing business as they appoint a Financial Controller to support the next phase of their ambitious growth journey. Backed by a larger international group, the business is investing significantly in its UK operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take ownership of the day to day finance function whilst acting as a key business partner to operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the finance function Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management Drive cost control, margin analysis and operational reporting Support manufacturing costing and inventory processes Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes Partner with operational leaders to support commercial decision making Support future growth initiatives and business improvement projects Requirements:
Experienced Financial Controller with a background within manufacturing Comfortable working in a growing SME or PE backed environment Strong in costing, margins and operational finance Commercially focused with a pragmatic, hands on approach Experienced managing and developing finance teams Confident building relationships across the wider business Qualifications are welcomed, but experience, commercial acumen and the ability to operate effectively within a growing business are considered equally important.
