Business Partner Finance

Reporting to the Head of Financial Insight and Partnering this role is an integral of the commercial finance team to support the business units.

Responsiblities:

• Partner with business units to provide real-time financial insight, challenge and guidance that supports effective decision-making
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and in-year financial management, ensuring plans are accurate and aligned to organisational priorities.
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable analysis for senior leaders and operational teams.
• Support business cases and project costing through robust modelling and scenario analysis.
• Oversee project accounting, ensuring accurate cost tracking and strong financial governance.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, driving actions that improve performance.
• Enhance management reporting and contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes
• Provide first-line support on finance systems and respond to finance-related queries across the organisation.

Details:

• £60,000-£70,000 - depending on experience
