Client Services Associate

• Liaise closely with the EMEA Client Services Team
• Manage and process all operational aspects of GLAS client transactions within specific deadlines
• Serve as the primary operational contact for Borrowers and Lenders on assigned loan and bond portfolios
• Manage drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixes, pre-payments, redemptions and maturities
• Input relevant data into the Solvas system
• Generate and send notices to Borrowers and Lenders within specific time frames
• Receive and check SSI’s and initiate the call back process where necessary
• Manage funds flow between Borrowers and Lenders
• Make payments through  and arrange foreign exchange transactions where appropriate
• Calculate and pay principal repayments, interest, commitment and other fees, including PIK and non-pro rata events
• Reconcile accounts
• Handle transfers, ensuring requests comply with transaction documentation and collecting transfer fees
• Understand deal documentation for system input and responding to Borrower/Lender queries
• Handle client queries in a timely manner
• Handle audit requests
• Escalate relevant matters to Team Leader and/or Managers in a timely manner
• Conduct due diligence regarding potential fraud, money laundering, and financial and reputational risk to GLAS

• Proven examples of working to tight deadlines
• A high degree of detail and strong organisational skills
• Previous experience of using SOLVAS desirable
• A desirable degree in a finance or business related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of a growing business
• The ability to represent GLAS to high standards and expectations at all times

Demonstrates expertise in managing operational aspects of client transactions, including drawdowns, rollovers, and reconciliations, while ensuring compliance with documentation and deadlines. Proficient in using Solvas for data input and transaction management, with a strong focus on detail and organizational skills.
