Location: Greater London

As Head of Investor Relations, you will lead the firm's capital raising and investor engagement strategy, building long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth (HNW), Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals, Family Offices and institutional investors across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
This is a highly visible, commercial leadership role suited to an entrepreneurial individual who combines a strong investment background with exceptional fundraising credentials and an established network within the private wealth and family office community.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the firm's investor relations and capital raising strategy, increasing assets under management, enhancing the investor experience, and representing the business at the highest level across the investment community.
Based in London, you will become the public face of the firm amongst investors, maintaining strong relationships while identifying and securing new capital commitments from investors across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities Capital Raising

Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan targeting:

  • High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs)
  • Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs)
  • Family Offices
  • Private Wealth Managers
  • Institutional Investors
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective investors across the UK, Europe and selected international markets.
  • Leverage your existing network to originate new investor relationships and capital introductions.
  • Lead the full fundraising lifecycle from initial engagement through to successful investment.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed fundraising and AUM growth targets.
Investor Relations
  • Build long-term relationships with existing investors through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
  • Act as the principal point of contact for investors and strategic partners.
  • Deliver investor presentations, portfolio updates and market commentary.
  • Coordinate investor reporting alongside the Investment, Finance and Operations teams.
  • Organise investor events, roadshows, webinars and networking functions.
Business Development
  • Increase the firm's profile across London's investment and wealth management community.
  • Represent the business at conferences, industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with:
    • Family Offices
    • Private Banks
    • Wealth Managers
    • External Asset Managers
    • Independent Financial Advisers
    • Professional Intermediaries
  • Identify strategic partnerships that contribute to long-term business growth.
Strategic Leadership
  • Build and develop the Investor Relations function as the business continues to scale.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on fundraising strategy and commercial initiatives.
  • Provide market intelligence and investor feedback to influence product development and strategic direction.
  • Help shape the firm's long-term capital raising strategy both domestically and internationally.
The successful candidate will possess:
  • 5+ years' experience within Investor Relations, Capital Raising, Private Wealth, Asset Management or Alternative Investments.
  • A demonstrable track record of raising capital from HNW/UHNW investors, Family Offices and sophisticated investors.
  • An established network across London's private wealth, family office and investment community.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management, alternative investments and private markets.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
  • A commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously.
  • Experience representing a business externally at executive level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
  • CFA, CAIA, IMC or equivalent professional qualifications would be advantageous.
