Relationship Director​/Associate Relationship Director

Our client is a leading bank-owned asset finance company with a strong brand in the marketplace. They provide tailored asset finance solutions, serving a diverse range of clients across various industries.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Asset Finance Relationship Director to spearhead asset finance initiatives within an agreed territory.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Relationship Directors within the local bank network to capitalise on new asset finance opportunities.

Additionally, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and targeting non-bank customers, fostering relationships, and expanding the asset finance customer portfolio.

• Collaborate with Relationship Directors within the bank network to identify, pursue, and secure asset finance opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the asset finance customer portfolio within designated areas.
• Establish and nurture relationships with non-bank customers, understanding their financial needs, and presenting tailored asset finance solutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for business growth, whilst adhering to the bank risk guidelines.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the asset finance process, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

The successful candidate will ideally have a proven track record in asset finance, however we will consider relevant experience gained within a similar financial services role, preferably within the banking sector.

You will have demonstrated ability to drive business development initiatives, meet targets, and generate new business opportunities, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
