Job OverviewThe Group Treasury & Cashflow Manager will strengthen and further develop Strata’s Group-wide approach to treasury, cashflow visibility and liquidity planning. Working across all seven operating companies - Strata Create, Wonderland, Element, On Event Production Co., Trinity Event Solutions, Collider and Sherbet - together with the holding company and any entity operating outside the UK, the role will provide a clear, forward-looking view of cash, funding requirements and financial commitments to support confident commercial decision-making.

- Maintain and stress-test covenant headroom, and produce covenant compliance reporting to the required calendar
- Manage all investor interest payments (facility, loan note & other related)
- Own the payment run, authorisation matrix and banking controls across all entities
- Drive working capital performance across the Group: debtor days, creditor terms, WIP, unbilled revenue, deposit and staged-payment discipline
- Set and monitor working capital targets by operating company with the Group CFO and COO
