Director, Debt & Capital Advisory

• Originate, structure, negotiate and execute ABL transactions in the mid-market
• Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CEOs, sponsors and other senior stakeholders
• Drive origination and new opportunities across the UK using an established network
• Lead client engagements and end-to-end execution of full financing transactions
• Structure deals and produce marketing materials and financial models
• Negotiate term sheets and full loan agreements
• Maintain relationships with banks, private credit funds and alternative lenders
• Monitor pricing, terms, leverage and lender appetite in the ABL market
• Identify business development opportunities and support origination efforts
• Coach and develop junior team members through guidance, review and timely feedback

• Strong track record of originating and executing transactions within the ABL market
• Significant experience in debt advisory and/or banking
• Strong understanding of debt markets and ABL financing structures
• Commercial mindset and ability to think strategically
• Ability to negotiate effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for senior stakeholders
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and lenders
• Ability to successfully manage teams
