Financial Adviser London | Flexible Hybrid Working £50,000 basic  bonus/commission | Warm Leads Provided Were working with an established financial services firm looking to add an experienced, Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser to its growing team. This isnt a role built around endless cold calling. Youll have access to warm leads and an existing client network , working with individuals and families who need joined-up financial advice across their wider financial needs.

The role Youll provide high-quality, relationship-led advice across areas including:
Wealth management and investments Pensions and retirement planning Protection and insurance Mortgages and property finance Wider family wealth and financial planning The business offers a broad range of solutions, giving you the opportunity to build deeper, longer-term client relationships rather than focusing on a single product. What we're looking for Youll ideally have:
Level 4 Financial Planning qualification or equivalent Experience working as a Financial Adviser / IFA Strong knowledge of wealth, pensions and protection A consultative, relationship-led approach Confidence managing clients from initial conversation through to ongoing advice Strong understanding of FCA requirements and compliant advice Experience using Intelligent Office Comfortable working within a Microsoft environment The opportunity £50,000 basic salary  bonus/commission structure Warm leads provided Flexible hybrid working in London Directly regulated business Intelligent Office technology environment Broad proposition across wealth, insurance, mortgages and protection This could suit an adviser who enjoys winning and developing client relationships but wants to spend more time advising and adding value , rather than constantly hunting for the next lead.
