Head of Finance

We're looking for a Head of Finance who understands fast-moving, customer-facing, operational businesses. Someone who understands the reality of stock, labour, margins, suppliers, sales and multiple revenue streams.

. It's entrepreneurial, fast-moving and full of personality. There's loads going on and finance sits right at the heart of the business.

We're looking for a hands-on Head of Finance to take real ownership of finance and work closely with the founders and senior leadership team.

This is much more than just producing the numbers. You'll get properly involved in how the business is performing, where it can improve and what it does next.

• Owning management accounts and financial reporting
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
• Getting underneath sales, margins and profitability
• Working closely with operational teams across the business
• Improving systems, reporting and processes
• Managing working capital and supplier relationships
• Supporting new ideas, opportunities and commercial decisions
• Helping bring more of the finance function in-house
• Overseeing AR, AP and payroll
• Working directly with the founders on growth and strategy

We need someone hands-on, commercial and great with people

Someone who can get into the detail but also step back and help the founders make better commercial decisions.

And importantly, someone who has worked in a world like hospitality, restaurants, pubs, hotels, events, entertainment, leisure, retail, venues or another multi-site consumer business.

£85,000 - £100,000 | Permanent | Full-Time | Central London | Flexible working
