Group FP&A Manager

Group FP&A Manager | PE backed Utilities | Salary £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus and benefits | London | Hybrid working

I am currently partnering with a high-growth PE backed Utilities business who are looking for a Group FP&A Manager to come and join a growing team. For this role you will be working closely with the Head of FP&A and manage a junior coming through. This is a very exciting role where the company is going through a period of sustained growth due to recent PE investment.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Ownership of the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts and long-range plan.
• Monthly MI packs for the exec and board, providing variance and commentary for investor reporting.
• Set KPI definitions with Sales and Operations teams to challenge the cost base and drive efficiencies.
• Build and develop dashboards and use the data to support decision making.
• Take ownership of Financial models to drive decision making.
• Any ad-hoc tasks which will be required from the C-suite and other senior leaders.

What you will bring;

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or similar.
• Prior FP&A or Commercial Finance experience.
• Ideally experience building an FP&A function and working in a scaling or growing group.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decisions.
• Desirable, experience working in a PE backed business with some AI exposure.
