An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Financial Adviser / Associate Wealth Manager to join a growing and highly regarded Wealth Management firm with over £1 billion in Funds Under Management
.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing Wealth Management or Financial Planning experience who is looking to develop their technical knowledge, gain further qualifications and progress towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner
.
The Role
Working alongside a Senior Wealth Manager and their growing team, you will receive structured training and development while continuing your journey towards becoming a fully qualified Wealth Manager.
The role will include:
- Attending client meetings alongside Wealth Managers
- Managing actions arising from client meetings
- Carry Forward, Annual Allowance and Lifetime Allowance calculations
- Investment analysis and research
- Preparing detailed cash-flow modelling
- Responding to technical and administrative client enquiries
- Identifying opportunities and referrals from existing clients
- Managing workflow through Salesforce and internal business trackers
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant experience within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning environment
- At least 2 RO exams passed, or currently working towards a Diploma in Financial Services
- A genuine interest in progressing into a Financial Adviser / Wealth Manager position
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, professional and positive approach
- The ability to work independently and use their own initiative
- A strong desire to develop their career within Wealth Management
