About the division:
Our Investment Banking & Capital Markets (IBCM) business provides the full range of advisory and financing products and services of a leading global investment bank. Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors.

About the role:
As an IBCM Graduate in the UK Coverage Team, you will work closely with senior bankers and product specialists to help our clients achieve their strategic and financial objectives. While responsibilities will vary depending on the transaction and client, your role may include:
- Performing in-depth company and industry research and analysis
- Supporting the execution of client advisory and financing transactions across public and private M&A, IPOs, Equity Capital Markets and private fundraising, while coordinating multiple work streams across local and international teams
- Preparing marketing materials and transaction documentation, including but not limited to confidential memoranda, board papers, pitch books, corporate profiles, and analytical materials
- Building and maintaining detailed financial models, valuations and forecasts to support strategic advice and transaction execution
- Supporting public clients through market analysis, preparation of investor materials and supporting their interactions with investors, developing a strong understanding of how mid and large-cap companies enhance shareholder value, access capital and pursue strategic opportunities
- Regular engagement with listed corporate clients through Deutsche Bank's Corporate Broking franchise by providing market insights, shareholder analysis and preparation of investor materials
- Working closely with Equity Research, Equity Sales and IBCM Product teams to support public clients, originate opportunities and contribute to IPO and broader capital markets mandates.
- Building strong relationships with clients through regular day-to-day interaction and exposure to management teams, investors and other key stakeholders
- Developing a broad understanding of Deutsche Bank's product suite and how the wider platform can be leveraged to deliver integrated solutions for clients
