This is a genuinely commercial finance leadership role
, partnering with senior operational teams across a significant London hotel portfolio. Bsed in London This is a hybrid role.
You'll be responsible for:
- Driving financial performance and profitability
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Business partnering with GMs and senior operational leaders
- Providing commercial insight and challenge
- Leading and developing a regional finance team
- Driving strong financial controls and continuous improvement
- Strong hospitality / hotel / multi-site experience
- Proven commercial business partnering skills
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong leadership and analytical capability
