** Role Overview
** Pantheon is hiring a VP, Investment Structuring for its Infrastructure team in London. Pantheon has been at the forefront of private markets investing for more than 40 years, with a reputation for an innovative approach to secondaries, co-investments, and primary fund investments.
** About Pantheon
** Pantheon currently manages approximately $82.3 billion in AUM across its strategies — including private equity, infrastructure and real assets, and private credit — serving more than 750 institutional and 638 private wealth clients worldwide.
** Key Responsibilities**- Serve as an integral member of Pantheon's Infrastructure Investment Team, focused on structuring, negotiating, and executing infrastructure secondary transactions
- Support closing of investments across the Pantheon infrastructure platform, including primary fund investments, secondary transactions (both LP-led and GP-led), and co-investments
- Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution, including highly complex transactions and negotiation of legal documents with counter parties
- Work cross-functionally with Pantheon's broader infrastructure team on deal execution
