Relationship Manager - Private Banking

£70,000 - £80,000 + benefits London Onsite

We are recruiting on behalf of an established International Bank for an experienced Relationship Manager to join their Private Banking team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven relationship professional to manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
, develop long-term relationships and identify opportunities to grow the bank's client base and revenue.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients
    .
  • Building trusted, long-term client relationships and delivering a high level of personalised service.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships and generate new business
    .
  • Providing clients with tailored banking solutions across a range of products and services.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Ensuring all client activity meets KYC, AML and regulatory requirements
    .
  • Meeting agreed commercial and customer service KPIs.
  • Travelling internationally approximately every quarter for client meetings and business development.
About You

We're looking for an experienced Relationship Manager / Private Banker / Banking Relationship Manager with:

  • 5+ years' experience within banking or financial services.
  • Proven experience managing and developing client relationships, ideally with HNW or affluent clients
    .
  • Strong commercial and business development skills.
  • Good knowledge of banking products and operations.
  • A solid understanding of KYC, AML and regulatory requirements
    .
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work onsite in London 5 days per week
    .
  • Willingness to undertake international travel approximately every other quarter.

CEMAP or a relevant financial qualification is desirable.
