Financial Technology Partners is seeking UK Investment Banking Analyst Interns for a five (5) month internship program in London, starting in January 2027.

Our Analyst Intern Program enables interns to provide support for all aspects of a transaction from sourcing, through origination and all the way to closing. They work directly with the investment banking team who are responsible for the day-to-day activities of each transaction.
Responsibilities include:
financial modelling, company valuation, financial performance analysis, corporate and industry research, due diligence, strategic analyses of companies, preparation of marketing and presentation materials, management presentations and transaction documentation. High performing Analyst Interns will be offered the opportunity to convert to full-time Analysts in June 2027.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Financial modelling, company valuation, and financial performance analysis
- Analysing data using mathematical models and statistical techniques
- Preparing reports, tables and charts that present research results
- Working alongside senior bankers to provide clients with M&A and financing services
- Modelling complex M&A and financing scenarios
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to prepare high impact materials
- Participates effectively in both internal and external meetings
- Maturity and poise to work directly with client and senior bankers
- Team player who contributes to building a positive team spirit, keeps commitments, inspires the trust of others, works with integrity and ethically and upholds firm values
- Ability to perform under pressure, amid tight deadlines; can effectively prioritise and plan
- Collaborative across teams and levels, both internally and externally
- Understands coaching for long-term development of self and others
- U.K. work authorization required
- Ability to start in January 2027, and convert to a full-time two-year Analyst program in June 2027, if offered
