Our 2027 London Summer Internship Programme runs for 10 weeks, starting on Monday 14 June 2027 and finishing on Friday 20 August 2027. This internship is designed to give you a unique introduction to the asset and wealth management industry and offers valuable insight into how your chosen department operates within Schroders

This 10-week Public Markets Internship offers the opportunity to explore a career in investment management. Working alongside experienced analysts and fund managers, you will gain exposure to a range of investment approaches. Through a combination of training, mentorship and practical experience, you will develop your analytical, technical and professional skills while contributing to the work of our investment teams.

We are looking for proactive and adaptable individuals who display robust numerical and analytical skills and a strong work ethic. You should be interested in financial markets, comfortable working with data, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment. Clear communication, a collaborative spirit, and a logical approach to solving problems are essential.
