Our Infrastructure Debt franchise at Schroders Capital is growing, and we are looking for an early-career professional to join our team in London.

As part of Schroders Capital Infrastructure Debt, you will support senior team members in the origination, structuring and execution of infrastructure debt investments on behalf of institutional investors. The team focuses on three main investment themes: essential infrastructure, energy transition and digital transformation.

You will have the opportunity to work on infrastructure transactions across a range of sectors, including transportation such as roads, airports and seaports; communication infrastructure such as towers and fibre; social infrastructure including health and education; and renewable energy.

The team

The role will be positioned within the Infrastructure Debt team. Since forming in 2015, Schroders Capital Infrastructure Debt has successfully raised and invested over 6bn in senior debt and junior debt, focusing on core European infrastructure assets.

The team comprises 27 employees based in Paris and London and is experiencing rapid growth. You will join a collaborative, specialist team with exposure to infrastructure debt investments across Europe and the opportunity to learn from experienced investors in a growing asset class.

What you’ll doAs an Investment Analyst, you will use your expertise in banking, M&A, project finance and/or infrastructure asset modelling to support Fund and Investment Managers in deal sourcing, structuring and execution.
