Secured Programmes Transaction Manager

• Maintain the bank’s ability to access secured funding markets and central bank facilities
• Manage existing funding programmes to ensure the bank’s readiness to attract new funding
• Support the creation of new structures and programmes
• Deliver reports to the central bank, regulators and investor community
• Support the definition and execution of processes and controls for trade booking, cash management and reporting requirements
• Support securitisation transactions, the bank’s regulated covered bond programme and central bank contingent liquidity schemes
• Help improve the safety and soundness of the bank and potential value under central bank contingent liquidity schemes
• Support management of the back-stop facility enabling continued operations during severe liquidity stress

• Strong data analysis skills and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to collate and interpret data from multiple sources and platforms
• Interest in securitisation with some understanding of different types of secured funding mechanisms
• Strong Microsoft Excel, VBA or SQL skills
• Understanding of documenting procedures, processes and controls
• Experience in project disciplines and controls
• Ability to deliver against challenging deadlines
• Ability to work through issues with minimal supervision
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrates strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA, or SQL to support funding programmes and reporting requirements. Capable of managing processes and controls while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering results under tight deadlines.
