Investment Banking Senior Analyst to Associate Energy & Infrastructure

A leading investment banking platform is looking to appoint a Senior Analyst / Associate into their growing Energy & Infrastructure teams in London.

The platform advises corporates, private equity sponsors and financial investors across a broad range of M&A and strategic transactions.

This is an opportunity to join a highly active platform with a significant growth agenda, strong deal flow and significant exposure to live transactions. The role offers direct interaction with senior bankers, clients, sponsors and investors, alongside the opportunity to take meaningful responsibility across transaction execution.

• Support the execution of M&A and strategic advisory mandates.
• Build and review financial models, valuations and transaction analyses
• Conduct company, sector and market analysis
• Prepare client presentations, valuation materials and transaction documentation
• Manage transaction work streams alongside senior bankers, clients and advisers
• Support business development through market analysis and pitch materials

• 2–5 years’ experience in investment banking, M&A or a relevant advisory environment
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction execution skills
• Relevant sector experience across Energy Transition or Infrastructure
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong academic background and proven track record within a high-performing team
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in M&A and the relevant sectors
