What you’ll be DOING What will your essential responsibilities include?

Collaborating with the Casualty Actuaries to influence pricing decisions through individual account pricing analysis

Support strategic initiatives to improve the loss ratio

Work with the Pricing Data team in Wrocław on projects to improve the quality of data that is used in our pricing analysis

Regular reports on rate change and profitability metrics

Adhoc projects to further our understanding of Casualty and improve the rating models used at AXA XLYou will report to Head of Pricing, International Casualty.

What you will BRINGWe’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

Skills and Abilities:

A mathematical, scientific or economics based degree

Some actuarial experience or knowledge gained through either module(s) in degree or work experience

Very good attention to detail

Ability to effectively articulate complex information in a clear, concise, and insightful way Manage workloads across different projects effectively

Enthusiasm to play your part in influencing what and how we charge our insureds
