Key Responsibilities:

Preparing detailed suitability reports and financial planning recommendations Conducting research and analysis across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning Supporting Financial Advisers with client reviews and advice preparation Analysing client information and preparing cashflow and financial planning documents Liaising with providers and third parties to obtain relevant information Ensuring all advice documentation meets compliance and regulatory standards Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems Supporting the smooth progression of client cases from initial advice through to completion Keeping up to date with industry changes, regulations, and financial products Building strong working relationships with advisers and internal teams Experience and Skills Requirements Previous experience within a Paraplanner role or similar financial planning support position Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent qualification required Strong technical knowledge across investments, pensions, protection, and retirement planning Excellent report writing and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Professional communication skills with a client-focused approach Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and financial planning software Proactive, positive, and committed approach to personal development If you have not been contacted within 5 working days, then unfortunately on this occasion your CV has not been shortlisted.
