Finance Director

THE COMPANYA high-growth, PE-backed B2B SaaS business (60m ARR, 40% YoY growth) preparing for a Series D raise in the next 12 months. Backed by a top-tier London PE house, with operations across the UK, US and DACH region.

THE ROLE Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Chair, you will own the financial strategy of the group and act as a true commercial partner to the executive team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead all aspects of finance — FP&A, controllership, tax, treasury, investor reporting and ESG.
• Own the upcoming Series D process end-to-end: data room, modelling, due diligence, negotiation.
• Build and develop a team of 18 across the UK and US.
• Partner with the CEO and CRO on pricing, unit economics and go-to-market strategy.
• Drive a finance transformation programme (Net Suite implementation already in flight).
• Present monthly to the board and quarterly to investors.

Requirements ESSENTIAL
• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 12+ years post-qualified experience.
• Prior CFO or FD experience in a PE-backed or VC-backed SaaS / technology business.
• Demonstrable track record of leading a successful funding round (Series C+ or sale).
• Strong commercial instinct — you have meaningfully shaped pricing, GTM or M&A.
• First-class people leader with experience scaling a 15+ person finance team.

DESIRABLE
• Big 4 trained.
• Experience with Net Suite or comparable cloud ERP.
• Exposure to US GAAP and multi-jurisdiction tax.

WHAT'S ON OFFER
• Base salary 140,000 – 170,000 depending on experience.
• Significant equity package (meaningful upside on exit).
