We are working on an excellent opportunity with a Top Tier Offshore firm in Jersey, who are looking for an associate to join their Banking & Finance team. You would have the opportunity to work with both lenders and borrowers to gain hands‑on experience across a broad spectrum of complex financing transactions, including real estate, leveraged, fund and acquisition finance. Our client has a strong international presence and an excellent client portfolio.
This opportunity would suit someone who is looking to progress in their career and be involved in high‑value multi‑jurisdictional work.
Ideal candidate:
- 4-8
PQE - Admitted in England & Wales, Canada, Australia or New Zealand
- Excellent academics
- Experience from a leading law firm
- Strong desire to live in Jersey
