Mortgage Administrator | Hybrid London | Up to £32,000 + £4,000 Bonus
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join one of the UK's most respected and established mortgage brokerages.

The Role
You'll be supporting a team of successful Mortgage Advisers, managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion and acting as a key point of contact for clients, lenders, solicitors and third parties.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing mortgage applications from submission through to completion
• Liaising with lenders, solicitors and clients
• Chasing outstanding documentation and mortgage offers
• Maintaining case management systems and records
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the process
• Supporting multiple advisers with their day to day administration
What We're Looking For
✔ Previous Mortgage Administration experience
✔ Good understanding of lender criteria and mortgage processes
✔ Experience working with brokers, lenders and solicitors
✔ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
✔ A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
✔ Positive, proactive team player
