Temporary Legal Cashier

Ryder Reid Legal are recruiting for a Temporary Legal Cashier to start ASAP for approximately 6 weeks. This is a hybrid role paying a competitive rate and based in the heart of the city! General duties for this role may include:
Processed office expenses and ensured compliance with firm procedures

Processed client and office receipts accurately and in line with firm policies.

Performed daily bank reconciliations across GBP, EUR and USD accounts.

Set up and processed electronic payments in a timely manner.

Assisted with client money transfers during busy periods and team absences.

Processed internal transfers between client and office accounts.

Calculated interest on client account transactions.

Ensured prompt return of client account balances.

Maintained compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules.

Supported accounts payable processes and wider finance team activities.

Assisted with additional ad hoc finance and accounts duties as required. For this role, you must be available to start immediately - perfect for those currently out of employment and looking for a new role in Legal Cashering or someone who has recently finished a contract.
