The Global Corporate Banking team focuses on managing relationships with large corporate and financial institution clients, providing them with financing, treasury, and risk management solutions. As a Summer Analyst, you will rotate across three Corporate Banking teams, gaining exposure to various industries and products.

Responsibilities
  • Support Global Corporate Banking professionals in managing client relationships, originating new business, and executing transactions across various product areas, including Loan & Bond financing, Foreign Exchange (FX), Interest Rate Derivatives, and Cash Management.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients and their industries, and how the bank can assist with their growth and daily banking needs.
  • Provide informed insights on financing strategies tailored to meet clients’ specific requirements.
  • Prepare detailed financial models and analytical presentations to advise clients on capital structure.
  • Gain expertise in credit analysis and the metrics used to evaluate and structure different debt instruments.
  • Familiarize yourself with the legal and documentation aspects related to various debt instruments.
  • Engage in live transactions and build relationships with clients to enhance your professional network.
  • Contribute to generating ideas and cross-selling opportunities for both new and existing clients.
  • Assist in creating client‑specific analyses, such as capital structure assessments and acquisition financing.
  • Collaborate closely with teams from Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Global Transaction Services on client coverage and origination efforts.
Requirements
  • Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution, with expected graduation between June 2027 and July 2028.
  • Applicants should be on track to achieve a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent).
  • Applications are welcomed from a variety of degree disciplines, including both arts and humanities as well as numerically focused subjects like economics and mathematics.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in any European language is highly desirable.
  • Candidates who excel during the internship may be considered for full‑time positions starting in July 2028, with some business lines offering potential start dates in January or April 2028.
