PurposeWe are seeking a motivated and hands-on Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic holding company, a leading independent E&P gas-focused business with operations across Indonesia and Malaysia.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport treasury and financing activities across the Group, including:
- Cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
- Bank account administration and SAP bank accounting.
- Financing covenant monitoring and lender reporting.
- Preparation of management, Board, and lender reports.
- Maintain banking and financing facilities.
- Monitor Group funding, debt positions, and capital structure.
- Prepare financial analysis and presentations for senior management and the Board.
- Identify and manage foreign exchange and interest rate exposures, supporting hedging activities.
- Support treasury systems, controls, and process improvements.
- Assist with financing projects, capital allocation decisions, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor daily cash balances and optimise Group liquidity.
- Manage bank reconciliations, postings, and accounting activities.
- Maintain loan facilities and ensure accurate ledger records.
- Produce regular and ad hoc financial reporting.
- Forecast cash requirements to support operational and investment needs.
- Maintain records of guarantees and financing securities.
- Ensure compliance with Group Treasury Policy and update as required.
- Analyse funding, debt, and financial exposures across operating companies.
- Support relationships with banks, lenders, and other external stakeholders.
- Group Finance and Accounting teams.
- Subsidiary Finance teams.
- Other corporate functions.
- Banks and financial institutions.
- Joint venture representatives.
- Other key stakeholders and advisers.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of financing structures, debt management, and hedging strategies.
- Advanced Excel skills and SAP experience.
- Financial modelling capability with strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of money markets and foreign exchange.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
