Our Client Our client is a respected membership and charitable organisation with a commercially successful trading subsidiary. Following a period of organisational transformation, they are seeking an experienced finance professional to support the next phase of growth, performance and financial excellence.
The Role This is a highly visible business partnering position, embedded within the leadership team of a £20m turnover trading business. Partner with senior executives to support strategic decision-making Lead budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes Deliver insightful management reporting and performance analysis Develop financial models to support commercial initiatives and investment decisions Drive the use of KPIs and data to improve business performance Main Duties Working closely with both finance and operational leadership, you will:
Provide financial challenge, support and commercial insight to senior stakeholders Produce accurate forecasts, budgets and long-term financial plans Develop business cases and commercial analysis for new initiatives Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting Support commercial negotiations through financial modelling and analysis The Successful Candidate Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience in a business partnering or commercial finance role Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills Experience influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders Commercially minded with the ability to balance challenge and support Confident working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge What's on Offer?
