Financial Modeller; property finance team

Join the property finance team of a stable, well-established bank with a strong track record, as they build out their property finance capability lending against commercial and residential real estate.

Building and maintaining detailed financial models across acquisition, refinancing and development scenarios; analysing property cash flows, valuations, leverage, debt service and returns; evaluating financing structures spanning senior debt, development finance and bridge facilities; debt sizing, LTV, LTC, debt yield and interest cover analysis; sensitivity and scenario modelling; supporting credit applications and due diligence; covenant monitoring and portfolio reporting; and regular liaison with Relationship Managers, brokers, valuers and other advisers.

Degree educated, with strong analytical and 3+ years of experience in UK property finance.

London-based. 4 days in office, WFH on a Friday.

£60k-80k salary depending on experience.
